Ski equipment hire terms and conditions
I accept the equipment provided by BAQUEIRA BERET and undertake to use it in a manner appropriate to its purpose. In the event of loss, theft or damage, except for the wear and tear inherent in its correct use, I shall reimburse the established amount.
The skis are fitted by specialised staff in order to minimise the possible risk of injury in the event of a fall while skiing. Nevertheless, I understand and accept that the bindings do not release in all circumstances nor do they guarantee my total and absolute safety.
I accept the risk inherent in skiing and therefore release BAQUEIRA BERET and its employees from any damage to myself or others, whether personal or material, that may arise from the use of the equipment.
